The Constitution of P.G.Topia
Preamble
We the People of P.G.Topia, in Order to establish fair Play, preserve good Fellowship, maintain Peace among our Members, and secure the Enjoyment of this Server for ourselves and those who shall come after us, do hereby ordain and establish this Constitution for P.G.Topia.
Article I. Of Cheating and Hacking
No Person shall engage in Cheating, Hacking, or any other Means of obtaining an unfair Advantage over his fellow Players. Such Conduct is hereby forbidden.
Article II. Of Indecent Materials
No Person shall display or distribute any Spray, Image, or other Material deemed Not Safe for Work (NSFW) within the Server. No Exceptions shall be made to this Rule.
Article III. Of Good Faith and Proper Conduct
All Members shall conduct themselves with Cordiality and Good Faith toward one another.
Friendly Banter among Friends shall be permitted, provided it is conducted in good Faith and without malicious Intent.
No Member shall use such Liberties as an Excuse to direct Hatred or Hostility toward his fellow Members.
Article IV. Of the Authority of the Owner
All Questions concerning the Rules of this Server, or any Matter not expressly provided for within these Articles, shall be referred to the Owner, P.G.T. Beauregard, whose Authority in such Matters shall be final.
Ratification
This Constitution shall stand as the Law of P.G.Topia, and all Persons entering the Server shall be subject to the Articles herein established.
